Spotlight on Hannah Bailey Miller

Hannah Miller is one of the voices behind Sleeping Baby. She answers customers’ questions and helps bring peace and happiness when our sweet customers express concerns of any kind.  She has become quite the wiz at creating some of our newsletters too!  In addition, she's helping set up our Effortless Branding website that will give us a platform to have Zipadee-Zips, baby shirts and other products customized for our customers!

Miller is a Customer Service and Marketing Representative for Sleeping Baby and has been working for the company for almost a year.

“I love that I get to work from home, it’s definitely a blessing. I love it when I get an email from a really happy, rested customer, it makes my day. I also love it when a customer reaches out upset or disappointed and then a couple of emails later they are so excited and thank me for helping them get a certain zippy/ calm their nerves,” reflects Miller.

Miller lives with her Marine husband and new puppy Bella. As a family, they love to hike, explore new areas and find fun restaurants. 

Miller has always been one for exploring. She grew up in the Middle East. She was anxious to go to school in Pennsylvania to experience all four seasons!

She is most inspired by the quote:
