What is your return policy?

Sleeping Baby Inc. is grateful for your business! As long as your product meets the following requirements, we are happy to accept your return*.

To be eligible for return: Item(s) must be in the same condition as received: Cannot be worn, laundered, or used in any way.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date received. Customers seeking return/exchange are responsible for mailing the garment to Sleeping Baby.

Shipping is non-refundable. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.sleepingbaby.com. If you purchased your Sleeping Baby garment from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the return.

*All sales are final on seasonal/holiday products, mystery sale items and all clearance items. Due to hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns for products that have been in a baby's mouth.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need help understanding how to make an effective transition with the Zipadee-Zip or have any questions at all about how to effectively use it, please know that we are here to help answer any questions you may have!

Defective Product: If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace it within 90 days of the date you received the product.

Please contact us at support@sleepingbaby.com, attach a photo of the defect, and we will be happy to help you make that exchange!
