Has my order shipped?

As soon as your order has processed to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. We do our best to send out orders the same or the next business day after they are received. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to post so if you don't see immediate progress, please be patient and check back again soon!

How long does it take to ship?

Due to current Global conditions and the increase in packages being shipped, your order may incur additional transit times beyond our control. Please contact us if you have no movement on your tracking 7 business days after ordering. We do our best to process orders the same or the next business day after they are placed. If you have ordered fast pass-your order will be processed first, however fast pass is not expedited shipping. Standard shipping (within the US) = estimated 2-6 business days. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world! We do our best to send out orders the same or the next business day after they are received. International shipping (including Canada) takes 14-18 business days to arrive (+/- depending on the time it takes to get through customs). USPS has recently changed the policy on tracking international packages. Once we've shipped an order, it won't be trackable until it enters your country. It usually takes 7-10 days before it arrives in your country from the time it ships. You can, however, keep checking your local post office service with the tracking number provided for the most up-to-date information. If you'd like international shipping that is trackable before it leaves the country, please select our 7-13 business day shipping as that more expedited service offers tracking through USPS. ***Any taxes and duties added are payable by the receiver for international shipments. I'm having trouble ordering.

If for some reason you experience some difficulties ordering it could be the browser on the computer you are using. Try a different browser, like Mozilla or Internet Explorer. If you think it is an issue with PayPal, you may have to contact PayPal’s customer service. If you are still having issues, please contact customer support.

Did my order go through?

When your order has processed successfully you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail folder.
