Sleeping Baby Inc. is grateful for your business! As long as your product meets the following requirements, we are happy to exchange it for another size or style of equal value*. Please contact us at email@example.com so that we can send you the paperwork needed to process your exchange.
To be eligible for exchange:
- Your exchange must include the proper exchange form with Authorized Exchange Number
- Item(s) must be in same condition as received: Cannot be worn, laundered, or used in anyway.
- All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of date received.
Customers seeking returns/exchanges are responsible for mailing the garment to Sleeping Baby. In addition, there is a $5 exchange fee that goes toward the cost of re-stocking and shipping your new item out to you. We cannot process your exchange until the fee has been paid.
We can only accept exchanges for products purchased directly from our website, www.sleepingbaby.com. If you purchased your Sleeping Baby garment from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the exchange.
*All sales are final on seasonal/holiday products, Trendy Teether products, and all clearance items. Due to hygienic reasons, we can not accept returns for products that have been in a baby's mouth. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace it within 30 days of the date you received the product.
