Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return procedures before sending product back so that we can send you the paperwork needed to process your return.
To be eligible for return, you must include the proper return request form. We can only process a return that includes an Authorized Return Number. Items must be in their original packaging and not worn, laundered, or used in anyway. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping is non-refundable and there is a $3 re-stocking fee per order.
We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.sleepingbaby.com. If you purchased your Zipadee-Zip or Flying Squirrel from any other source, please contact their customer service department to handle the return.
